Acceptable Use Policy

Use it lawfully

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or process data you have no right to process.

Do not abuse the service

• No attempts to breach, probe, or bypass security or authentication — except authorised testing you have agreed with us in writing.
• No interference with, or overloading of, the service or the infrastructure behind it.
• No reverse engineering except to the limited extent the law expressly permits.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or providing the service to third parties unless your plan allows it.

Do not harm others

• No malware, phishing, spam, or fraudulent activity.
• No content that is unlawful, harassing, or that violates another person’s rights.
• No use of the service to build a competing product by copying it.

Keep your access secure

Protect your credentials, limit access to people who need it, and tell us promptly at security@sorbe.io if you suspect a compromise. You are responsible for activity under your accounts.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, our users, or third parties — with notice where practical, and immediately where the risk requires it. Serious violations may be reported to the authorities.
